1. Who we are

T.I.M.E. Tirunelveli ("we", "us") operates this website. We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "DPDP Act"). For privacy matters you can reach us at tirunelveli@time4education.com or +917603912341.

2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or counselling request, we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, email address and the course you are interested in. We also collect limited technical data (such as device and browser information, and aggregated usage analytics) when you visit the site.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data such as financial-account numbers, government identifiers, or health information through this website.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

We use your enquiry details only to respond to you to share course information, fees and batch timings, to arrange counselling, and to follow up about the programme you asked about. We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, which you may withdraw at any time.

We use aggregated, non-identifying analytics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

4. Who processes it for us

We share data only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, under instructions and confidentiality: a transactional email provider (Zoho ZeptoMail) to deliver your enquiry to our team, a privacy-respecting web analytics service (Google Analytics 4) for aggregated usage statistics, and our hosting provider (Hostinger) which stores the site and its data securely. These providers act as our data processors.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which they are deleted or anonymised. If you enrol, your records are kept for the duration of your programme and any period required by law.

6. Your rights under the DPDP Act

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or complete it, to ask us to erase it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect processing already carried out and may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry.

To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a grievance, contact our Grievance Officer at tirunelveli@time4education.com. We will respond within the timelines required by the DPDP Act.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of essential cookies to make the site work and analytics cookies to measure usage in aggregate. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the site functions.

8. Children's data

Many of our programmes are for school students. Where a student is a child under the DPDP Act, enquiries should be submitted by a parent or lawful guardian, and we process such data only with that consent and for the purpose of providing the requested coaching information.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls and reputable processors to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
